Associate Professor Dr. Nurul’Ain Binti Mohd Hasan

Education Director

Dr. Nurul Ain Mohd Hasan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication at the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Massey University, New Zealand.

With extensive experience in teaching and research, Dr. Nurul Ain specialises in qualitative methodologies, focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability Management, and Public Relations practices and professionalism. Her scholarly work has been widely published in both national and high-impact international journals across the fields of Communication and Management.

A recent nominee for the Best Researcher Award at the International Academic Excellence Awards 2024, Dr. Nurul Ain was recognised for her significant research on Purchase Intentions for Cultural Heritage Products in E-Commerce. She is also deeply committed to innovative pedagogy and was awarded a Silver Medal at the International Putra Innovative Competition in Teaching and Learning for her pioneering work on game-based simulations that bring industry learning into the classroom.

A former public relations practitioner, Dr. Nurul Ain is passionate about empowering and mentoring the next generation of communication professionals. Her current research explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence in Corporate Social Responsibility, reflecting her forward-thinking approach to communication and sustainability.
