Mohd Zulfahmee Bin Ismail is the Head of the Integrity Division at Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) with over 17 years of experience in local government, specialising in integrity management, strategic communication, public relations, governance, and community engagement.

Previously serving as Senior Assistant Director and Special Officer to the Mayor of Shah Alam, he has played a key role in executive leadership, corporate communication, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational reputation.

He holds a Master of Corporate Communication from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Bachelor of Mass Communication (Honours) in Public Relations from Universiti Teknologi MARA, and is a Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO).

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Zulfahmee actively contributes to community development and civil society. He has served as a Member of the Shah Alam Child Welfare Team (2024–2026) and Shah Alam Child Protection Team (2021–2023) under the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. He is also actively involved with professional bodies and non-governmental organisations (NGOs), advocating for integrity, youth development, public relations, and community empowerment.

A respected speaker, moderator, and Master of Ceremonies, he actively contributes to conferences, forums, and public engagements while promoting ethical leadership, good governance, strategic communication, and community development. Through his professional and civic involvement, he continues to foster collaboration, strengthen public trust, and advance excellence in public service.

His leadership philosophy is rooted in integrity, accountability, collaboration, and the belief that sustainable public institutions are built on trust and meaningful engagement with the communities they serve.
