Erwin Khairul bin Ahmad currently serves as the Deputy Director-General (Digital Content) at the Department of Information Malaysia, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the national agenda for strategic communication and digital content transformation. With over 24 years of experience in the public service, Erwin has built a distinguished career in the field of communications, particularly within the context of government outreach, public information dissemination, and digital media strategy.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Media and Information Warfare Studies from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), a field which reflects his deep understanding of the intersection between media influence, national resilience, and psychological operations in the information era.
Throughout his professional journey, Erwin has led and contributed to numerous key initiatives aimed at enhancing public sector communication strategies. His expertise spans across traditional media, crisis communication, digital engagement, and the integration of multimedia content to effectively convey national messages and policies to diverse audiences.
